Today my husband and I started the Master Cleanse. So far so good but it is terrible tasting! The tea is ok but the saline wash and the actual "lemonade" Ewwww. Last night I drank the tea before bed and first thing I drank the saline solution. The I have beeen sipping the concoction . We are trying to do it for 5 days. We will see. I think I just need to hang out at Whole Foods more because everyone there is skinny!!! Osmosis?
